About Electric Seafoam
Electric Seafoam is a cosplayer that hails from the east coast and has an absolute passion for creating her favorite characters. Ren has cosplayed for 5 years and has won many awards for her cosplays across the nation. She immensely enjoys competing at the journeymen level and judging. She has been featured in magazines such as Cosplay Culture, and Cosplay Alliance. Electric Seafoam is a seamstress at heart and puts blood, sweat and tears into every cosplay she makes. When she is not on the con floor, Ren is a college student who tries to balance a Biology and Latin degree as well as cosplay without a mental breakdown.

I have had the honor of working with Plaid FX since 2020. I product test new items as well as give reviews and suggestions. I also have completed various cosplay related projects that advertise their products.
Over the passed two years I have worked with Elite Society LA in advertising their products on my social media. I also give the company my feedback on the quality and suggestions on what products to sell in the future.
I have recently partnered with amzcoswigs on reviewing various wigs and giving feedback on social media and their site.

Cosplay Guest
I have served as a cosplay guest in the past as well as taken on the responsibilities that have come with it such as a cosplay guest FAQ, promoting the event on my social media both before and after the con, judged both cosplay craftmanship and performance, and running panels exclusively for that con's theme.
Panelist
Over the past 5 years I have run a multidate of different panels all over the nation both in person and virtually. These can range from in person workshops ( 15 people), to large scale auditorium talks ( 200+). My panels cover a wide range of topics from cosplay competitions, and historical garment reconstruction to fun cosplay lip sync battles.

I have reviewed and advertised cosplay related products on my social media which usually entails creating a tutorial, creating a new cosplay around the product, and take professional photoshoots to showcase the product.

Nepeta from Homestuck at VA Comicon. I was so scared of all the cosplayers there, little did I know I would become one after that day.

What does your cosplay name mean?
I wanted something unique and interesting. I am a competitive swimmer at heart and when you swim to win, it feels like there is lightning coursing through your body
Favorite anime?

I have to say Attack on Titan. It was my first anime and to this day I am still obsessed with it! I also love Free!

Do you take commissions?
I do! But on a very limited basis. It is rare I will do a whole costume but props and other smaller parts I definitely consider.
